The “Customer” is an organization using the Services. This Privacy Policy, along with our Terms of Service which are hereby incorporated into this Privacy Policy, govern your interaction with the Services. An additional service-level agreement with the Customer may also govern the Customer’s relationship with Checkless.
We collect and process information that relates to identified or identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”) as set forth below. Specific Personal Information elements listed in each category are only examples and may change. We will not use or share your Personal Information except as described in this Privacy Policy; however, the Services interact with various other third parties, each of which have their own privacy policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services. - Bank Information: We store Bank Authorization Information to verify your account for payment purposes. We do not store Bank Payment Information, instead we pass it through to a third-party service provider that performs the transfer of funds. Users may only see their own Bank Information. Any and all collection, processing, storage, and sharing this of this Personal Information is performed as permitted by law.
- Activity Information: We use Activity Information to provide useful information to you about our Service and to improve our offerings; we do not share your Activity Information with users that are not part of the same Customer unless you have transacted with that user.
- Log and Device Information: We use Log and Device Information to secure and improve our Services, internal operations, and systems. We also use Device Information to understand a user’s engagement in an activity or feature, for example which pages or tools you interacted with or data about any crashes during use.

Your Rights and Choices

Third parties may retain information about you or your transactions; deleting your account may not delete all such third party records.

To the extent required by applicable law, we may allow you to download data from your Checkless account or export it to external services. Please recognize that any data you transfer from Checkless in this manner will no longer be under Checkless’ control and thus will not be governed by this policy.

- Direct Marketing
You may opt out of or withdraw your consent to direct marketing communications. You may cease direct marketing from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email we send you.

Whenever possible, Bank and Verification Information are processed for the purposes specified above and then discarded. Checkless does not store or handle your money. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

Children’s Privacy
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address or target anyone under the age of 16 (each a “Child”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without appropriate consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
